{"id":22554,"date":"2026-02-09T16:26:48","date_gmt":"2026-02-09T19:26:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.leonardi.adv.br\/insights\/\/"},"modified":"2026-02-09T16:26:48","modified_gmt":"2026-02-09T19:26:48","slug":"sedigi-meets-with-adult-market-sectors-and-anpd-to-discuss-implementation-of-the-digital-eca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.leonardi.adv.br\/en\/insights\/sedigi-meets-with-adult-market-sectors-and-anpd-to-discuss-implementation-of-the-digital-eca\/","title":{"rendered":"SEDIGI meets with adult market sectors and ANPD to discuss implementation of the Digital ECA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The National Secretary for Digital Rights (SEDIGI), part of the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP) and responsible for drafting the proposal of decree that will regulate the Digital ECA, met with representatives from the adult content products and services sector, as well as members of the Brazilian National Data Protection Agency (ANPD), to discuss the impacts and measures needed for implementation of the new legislation in these segments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Digital ECA, which will enter into force in March 2026, aims to strengthen the protection of children and teenagers accessing digital environments.
