In this consultation, the Agency raises questions related to the architecture and operation of network infrastructure, covering topics such as content delivery networks (CDNs) and the location of these structures, international transit costs arising from traffic exchange in Brazil, potential congestion associated with OTT applications, growing demand for high-resolution video and generative artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, as well as aspects related to digital service billing and the use of dark patterns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
