The ANPD and the Brazilian Micro and Small Business Support Service (Sebrae) signed a Technical Cooperation Agreement focused on developing studies, research, and assessments related to the processing and protection of personal data, with an emphasis on micro and small enterprises.
The partnership establishes a direct institutional communication channel for the exchange of information and best practice models, and also provides for the joint production of educational materials and technical publications. The primary goal is to support Small-Scale Data Processing Agents in understanding their obligations and implementing data protection measures suited to the reality of their businesses.
