Administrative and Personnel Coordinator

Artur Trindade

Trained pastry chef with a passion for fine chocolates, musical theatre, and books. Balancing work, sweets, and moments of joy, he values quality of life and good wine.

Graduated in Gastronomy with a focus on pastry, Artur built his professional path working in renowned hospitals and hotels, where he led teams and took part in organizing events of various scales — from large cocktail receptions to intimate dinners.

Throughout this journey, he developed a strong sense for management, people care, and process organization, skills that eventually led him to transition from the intense kitchen environment to the administrative field.

Today, he works as an Administrative and Personnel Coordinator, combining discipline, sensitivity, and a practical mindset, while investing in a thoughtful transition toward independent pastry work, with special dedication to fine and hand-painted chocolates.

Outside of work, Artur is an enthusiast of musical theatre, literature — with Stephen King as his favorite author —, wines, and spirituality. He prefers cold weather, quiet, green mountain settings, and tranquil places, where he finds inspiration and balance.
