Bachelor in Law from Instituto Brasiliense de Direito Público and researcher at the IDP Center for Law, Internet and Society (CEDIS-2022), was a volunteer at the Public Ministry of the Federal District and Territories (MPDFT-2019).
He developed the thesis on CADE’s competence in order to analyze competition violations based on data protection norms from the perspective of comparative law in his graduation thesis.
He learned six European languages and became “lord” of the famous unknown principality of Sealand – a classic of discussions on jurisdiction and the Internet. He is a dog’s dad and a proud housekeeper. His hobbies include playing the piano, acoustic guitar, violin and saxophone, programming, video games, traveling and food. He recommends the movie “Kimi no na wa”, the book “O Alienista” by brazilian author Machado de Assis, and the songs “A Little Piece of Heaven” by AX7 and “The Piano Duet” by Danny Elfman. He dreams of visiting Kyoto, Japan. He likes soccer and rubber ducks.
